BIS HALLMARK (Bureau of Indian Standards) BIS is an associate in Nursing Indian hallmarking system for gold jewellery. The initiative of the Indian government for creating hallmarking necessary for gold jewellery has ensured trust and reliability for jewellery buyers. BIS Hallmark centres are located all across India. The BIS hallmarking is etched on the jewellery which has BIS emblem, purity of gold, Assay centre mark and jeweller’s identification mark. If your jewellery bears the BIS Mark, you are rest assured that your product is of fine quality.
